This exercise will be revisited later in the course, at which point its aim will become clear.

Complete this exercise using the first section of your Valued Living Journal. Look for the header entitled 'What Are Your Goals?'.


Exercise

Write out a list of some of the important goals you have currently. You could be already working towards these goals, would like to start working towards them, or are still creating them. These goals could be long-term, short-term, specific or vague. Alternatively, you might not currently have any goals, and that is fine. This won’t impact your participation with this course. 

Feel free to write this however you’d like, e.g. using numbered bullet points, categories or headers etc. We will refer back to the goals you put here much later in the course.

Note: This is meant to be a quick exercise just to write down what goals you might already have. I am not asking you to make any goals now.
